About The Position

The O&O Park Team Lead is a hands-on, early-leadership role for a dependable, driven individual ready to gain operational responsibility and leadership experience. The Team Lead rotates through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, and may serve as Manager on Duty when the General Manager or Operations Manager is not present. The role supports the park’s operations, team accountability, safety, and guest experience, while offering an opportunity to grow toward higher levels of responsibility. The position provides on-the-floor leadership by coaching, supporting, and delegating to team members across departments, stepping into operational areas as needed, and communicating guest issues, operational challenges, and safety concerns to the Management Team. Team Leads support membership and program sales, model service standards, enforce safety policies, complete incident reports when needed, carry out shift procedures, and maintain park cleanliness and readiness. Rotational assignments may include leading front desk service and sales; overseeing birthday parties, group events, and corporate outings, including staffing, scheduling, and upselling; or managing café inventory and ordering, health and safety standards, equipment and attraction maintenance, cleanliness, and facilities projects. A part-time Flex Lead option is available at some locations, primarily on weekends, to support service and engagement and cover other Leads’ breaks and time off. The role requires working in a high-energy, often loud park environment, moving throughout the park, interacting with guests and team members, and lifting and carrying at least 20 pounds as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation. The listed compensation range is $13.00–$15.00 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and performance. Full-time CircusTrix employees are offered medical, dental, and vision coverage and a 401(k) plan with company matching; 401(k) eligibility is subject to age and tenure requirements. CircusTrix and its brands are equal opportunity employers committed to an inclusive environment.
