About The Position

Under the direction of the Nutritional Services Manager, the Nutrition Services Supervisor supervises coworkers across all areas of the Nutrition Services department and is responsible for aspects of food production. The role implements business practices that uphold the company's mission and values, contributes to account revenue and operating profit through service implementation and growth opportunities, and directs meal service in each area to ensure accuracy, completeness, excellent presentation, and customer service.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent GED.
• ServSafe certification, or ability to obtain it within six months of hire.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree in Management, Hospitality, or Culinary Arts.
• Leadership experience in food service operations or a hospitality environment.
• At least two years of culinary/kitchen or hospitality management experience.
• Experience in health care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise coworkers in all areas of the Nutrition Services department.
• Oversee aspects of food production.
