About The Position

Riverview Village is now hiring a Nursing Scheduler for a Full-Time Opportunity. The Nursing Schedule Coordinator is a key team member responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing levels are met at all times. This role requires strong organizational skills to create staffing schedules that ensure the provision of quality nursing care. The coordinator will collaborate with the Executive Director and the Director of Nursing to communicate staffing schedules and needs, ensuring compliance with budgetary, State, and Federal guidelines. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential for working with team members to ensure quick, equitable, and courteous scheduling patterns and resolutions.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
  • Indiana QMA or CNA license.
  • Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Assure appropriate staffing levels are met at all times.
  • Create staffing schedules that ensure the provision of quality nursing care.
