About The Position

Triage Staffing is hiring Nursing Recruiters to source, recruit, and place healthcare professionals nationwide. The role is fast-paced and phone-focused, involving relationship-building with candidates and meeting performance targets. Recruiters receive a paid immersive training program and work within a culture emphasizing transparency, autonomy, reliability, respect, integrity, and drive. The position starts January 11, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals nationwide using diverse tools and channels.
• Manage the sourcing, screening, and hiring process for healthcare professionals across the United States, including timely inbound and outbound communication.
• Meet daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets.
• Build a candidate pipeline through cold calling, leads, social media, referrals, and other methods.
• Serve as the dedicated contact for assigned healthcare professionals throughout the placement lifecycle, including pre-employment tasks, resume building, reference checks, submissions, interviews, compliance, travel, assignments, onboarding, and retention.
• Assess candidate licenses, experience, and education against specific requirements.
• Explain compensation packages and the personal and professional advantages of travel careers to candidates.
• Collaborate with compliance and payroll teams to ensure healthcare professionals meet client standards and receive accurate, timely compensation.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to identify client opportunities and clinical expertise needed for future staffing.
• Participate in training, meetings, and events.
• Contribute positively to the team and uphold Triage's culture of excellence.
