About The Position

This position is part of a self-directed, cross-trained team. Each team member is trained in direct resident care, housekeeping, laundry, dietary, and activity functions, following facility policies, procedures, and programs. A holistic approach is taken to coordinate resident- and patient-centered care in a home-like environment.

Requirements

• Must pass the educational component and receive a certificate of completion within four months from the date of hire as a student.
