About The Position
Gundersen Health System is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for its Long Term Care team at St. Elizabeth’s in Wabasha, Minnesota. The role is scheduled for 34 hours per pay period (0.85 FTE), typically on day shift, with 12-hour shifts. The schedule includes every third weekend and every other holiday. Under the general supervision of an LPN or RN, the Certified Nursing Assistant provides residents with basic care related to nutrition, elimination, comfort, mobility, and safety. The CNA collaborates with other health care team members to communicate and document accurate information. The position offers a base pay range of $22.60–$28.00 per hour, based on experience.
Requirements
- Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Minnesota.
- Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers certification, including hands-on learning, from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
