About The Position

This position is part of a self-directed, cross-trained team. Team members are trained to provide direct resident care and perform housekeeping, laundry, dietary, and activity functions in accordance with facility policies, procedures, and programs. The role uses a holistic approach to coordinate resident- and patient-centered care in a home-like environment.

Requirements

• Pass the educational component and receive a certificate of completion within four months of hire as a student.
