About The Position
The Nursing Aide works at The Addison of Narcoossee, a Sonida Senior Living community in Saint Cloud, Florida, serving residents in an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community. The role assists residents with daily living and care needs while encouraging self-care and independence, and treats residents with dignity and respect. The listed schedule is 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The community offers flexible scheduling, technology intended to support resident care and make work more effective, educational and learning opportunities, paid referral programs, paid training, and a benefits package. Benefit eligibility depends on employment status and location.
Requirements
- High school graduation or GED preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in nursing, senior living, home health, or a similar field preferred.

Responsibilities
- Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, medication assistance, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
- Escort residents within and outside the building as needed.
- Assist with setting up and serving meals and cleaning up afterward.
- May assist with planning and executing regularly scheduled resident activities.
- Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
