About The Position

As a Certified Nursing Aide at Aspen Grove, you will help create a welcoming, safe, and caring home for residents. Working with the community team, you will provide resident care and contribute to the experience of the community. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options are available, with day, evening, and night shifts. The starting rate is $18 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be licensed in the state as a Certified Nursing Assistant and maintain current, active, and unencumbered licensure.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A caring attitude and reliable attendance.
• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or guest service is preferred but not required.
• Required license/certification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in accordance with accepted standards of resident care.
• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, bathing, escorts, and transfers.
• Assist with residents’ nutritional needs, including setting dining tables, serving meals, providing appropriate fluid requirements, and offering substitutions when appropriate.
• Remind residents to take medication and open containers and packages for them.
• Recognize changes in residents’ behavior and condition and report them to the Assisted Living Director.
