About The Position
Waterford at Carpenter's Creek, a Sonida Senior Living community in Pensacola, Florida, provides quality care to residents in an assisted living community. The Nursing Aide supports residents with daily living activities and other care while promoting self-care and independence. The role also includes escorting residents, assisting with meals and activities, and treating residents with dignity and respect.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED preferred.
- Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or a similar setting.

Responsibilities
- Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, medication assistance, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
- Escort residents within the building and outside as needed.
- Assist with setting up and serving meals and cleaning up afterward.
- May assist with planning and executing regularly scheduled resident activities.
- Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
