About The Position
The Nursing Aide works at The Woodlands of Hamilton, a Sonida Senior Living community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care in Hamilton, Ohio. The role supports residents with daily living and care needs while encouraging self-care and independence. Aides may also help with meals and resident activities and must treat residents with dignity and respect.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED preferred.
- Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or a similar setting.

Responsibilities
- Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, medication assistance, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
- Escort residents within the building and outside as needed.
- Assist with setting up and serving meals and cleaning up afterward.
- May assist with planning and executing regularly scheduled resident activities.
- Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
