About The Position

Regina Caeli Academy is seeking a part-time Nursery/PK2 Caregiver to assist in a classical and Catholic classroom at its center near Houston in Spring, Texas, for the 2026–2027 academic year. The role is for up to 14 hours per week. No teaching certification or formal teaching experience is required; training is provided. Nursery and childcare are provided as part of the academy’s instruction program, which meets on Mondays and Thursdays in a formal Socratic classroom setting. The schedule is 8:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays throughout the academic year. The position is hourly. Employees complete a background check and mandatory training modules. Applicants must be able to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church and demonstrate a deep love for the Catholic faith. The ideal candidate is organized, punctual, communicates well, holds a traditional view of the student/teacher relationship, and lives the Catholic faith day-to-day, including having received the sacraments appropriate to their state in life. Applicants must be able to lift at least 30 pounds frequently and stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.

Requirements
