About The Position

Regina Caeli Academy is seeking a part-time Nursery/PK2 Caregiver for the 2026–2027 academic year at its center near Houston in Spring, Texas. The role is for up to 14 hours per week, with work on Mondays and Thursdays from 8:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Childcare and nursery care are provided, and the position is hourly. The academy is a national classical homeschool organization in the Catholic tradition, offering instruction in a formal Socratic classroom setting. No teaching certification or formal teaching experience is required; training and curriculum and grading guidelines are provided. Staff are trained in classroom management and instruction according to RCA standards. Applicants must be able to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church, have a deep love for the Catholic faith, and live the faith day-to-day, including having received the sacraments appropriate to their state in life. All staff must complete a clear background check, mandatory training modules, and training. No additional vacation days are provided; accommodations for sick days are made as needed.

Requirements

Able to lift at least 30 pounds frequently.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
Able to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church.
Have a deep love for the Catholic faith and live the faith day-to-day, including having received the sacraments appropriate to one's state in life.
Complete a clear background check, mandatory training modules, and training.

Nice To Haves
