About The Position

The Nurse Supervisor - RN at Leonard Florence Center for Living is responsible for providing leadership and supervision to the care team, ensuring high-quality resident care and smooth daily operations. This role involves coordinating and overseeing resident care plans, addressing clinical and staffing issues, and supporting, mentoring, and guiding staff. The supervisor must maintain compliance with clinical standards through strong nursing expertise and a commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Strong clinical skills in basic nursing procedures, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting
• Current CPR certifications, including BLS
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
