Nurse Supervisor RN
About The Position
The Registered Nurse Supervisor provides leadership and direction for patient care in collaboration with nursing staff. The supervisor oversees licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants during the assigned shift and also provides nursing care to patients, including collecting patient data, making observations, and reporting pertinent information. The role works under direct supervision and follows the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, company standards, practice guidelines, and nursing judgment. The position is described as a rotating-weekend schedule from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state, as required.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in nursing.
- Ability to react appropriately to emergency situations when required.
- CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction for patient care in collaboration with nursing staff.

- Deliver nursing care to patients.

- React appropriately to emergency situations when required.
