Nurse Supervisor RN
About The Position
The Registered Nurse Supervisor works with nursing staff to provide positive leadership and direction of patient care. The supervisor oversees licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants on the assigned shift while also delivering nursing care to patients, collecting patient data, making observations, and reporting pertinent information. The role works under direct supervision and follows the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, company standards, practice guidelines, and nursing judgment. The schedule is Friday through Monday, 6 p.m. to 4 a.m. The posted pay range is $36.00–$42.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state, as required.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in nursing.
- Able to react appropriately to emergency situations when required.
- Must be CPR certified.
- Reliable transportation required.
Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care to patients requiring care.
