About The Position
LifeSpire is hiring an RN Nurse Supervisor to oversee the clinical teams, including nurses, CNAs, and other healthcare staff, on assigned shifts. The role is part-time, on the second shift, and works every other weekend. The position supports LifeSpire’s mission of empowering individuals with choices in purposeful living and contributes to care for residents and their families. LifeSpire describes its environment as collaborative and offers flexible scheduling, coaching, and opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Currently licensed as an RN in the state of Virginia.
- Certified in Healthcare Provider CPR for adults, children, and infants, and in use of an AED.
- Demonstrates a desire to further professional growth through education and experience.
- Demonstrates an active interest in geriatric nursing.
