About The Position

Seabury is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to oversee the Charge Nurse and CNA team in their skilled nursing department. This role involves coordinating daily tasks, supervising resident care, assisting with new admissions, and managing resident and family relations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to problem-solve complex nursing concerns. The nursing team is dedicated to providing exemplary care and exceeding customer service expectations, working collaboratively to care for residents. Requirements

  • Valid State of Connecticut license as Registered Nurse (RN).
