About The Position
The Nurse Practitioner conducts patient consultations, reviews medical and health histories, performs physical examinations and preventive screenings, and diagnoses and manages acute and chronic conditions. The role provides ongoing care, follow-up instructions, and educational resources to patients and families, and prescribes medications as needed. The Nurse Practitioner maintains complete and accurate patient records and delivers high-quality, physician-level care in accordance with organizational policies, safety standards, and productivity expectations. The position also recommends treatment options, referrals, or follow-up appointments and performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related area.
- Current state Nurse Practitioner license.

- 5 or more years of experience in Nursing or a relevant area.
