About The Position
This is a per diem position for a Nurse Practitioner to conduct one-time disability evaluations for veterans. The role involves examining veterans and completing standard disability evaluation forms. This is not an ongoing care position, and you will not be treating, prescribing, or managing patients afterward. The work is performed on-site at an established clinic in Test City3, TX. Clinic hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state where you will work
- Board certification
- NPI number
- Current ACLS and BLS
- Active DEA
- A home address within 50 miles of Test City3, TX
- CV in month and year format
Responsibilities
- Examine veterans and record findings on standard disability evaluation forms.
- Conduct one-time evaluations, not ongoing care.
- Work out of an established clinic in Test City3, TX and see veterans on site.
