About The Position

This position involves conducting one-time disability evaluations for veterans on-site at an established clinic in Test City4, TX. The Nurse Practitioner will examine veterans, record findings on standard disability evaluation forms, and will not be involved in ongoing treatment, prescription, or patient management. The role requires the ability to work within clinic hours of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 5 days a week. Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of Test City4, TX.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state where you will work
• Board certification
• NPI number
• Current ACLS and BLS
• Active DEA
• A home address within 50 miles of Test City4, TX
• CV in month and year format

Responsibilities
