About The Position

This position involves conducting one-time disability evaluations for veterans on-site at an established clinic in Laredo, TX. The Nurse Practitioner will examine veterans and document findings on standard disability evaluation forms. This role does not involve ongoing patient care, treatment, prescribing, or management. The clinic hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state where you will work
• Board certification
• NPI number
• Current ACLS and BLS
• Active DEA
• A home address within 25 miles of Laredo, TX
• CV in month and year format

Responsibilities

• Examine veterans and record findings on standard disability evaluation forms.
• Conduct one-time evaluations, not ongoing care.
• Work out of an established clinic in Laredo, TX and see veterans on site.
