About The Position
This position involves conducting one-time disability evaluations for veterans on-site at an established clinic in Test City, TX. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will examine veterans and meticulously record your findings on standard disability evaluation forms. It is important to note that this role does not involve treatment, prescription, or ongoing patient management. The clinic operates from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state where you will work
- Board certification
- NPI number
- Current ACLS and BLS
- Active DEA
- A home address within 50 miles of Test City, TX
- CV in month and year format
- Live within daily commute range of stated city (Test City, TX)
- Live within 50 miles of Test City, TX
Responsibilities
- Examine veterans and record findings on standard disability evaluation forms.
- Conduct one-time evaluations, not ongoing care.
