About The Position

Total Life is seeking nurse practitioners in the Tampa Bay–Lakeland area to lead longevity days at partner senior living communities. The role combines a brief educational presentation on healthy aging with one-on-one longevity visits for residents who sign up. Total Life provides the presentation materials and speaker notes, and its Chief Medical Officer—a board-certified geriatrician who designed the program’s clinical content—provides training and support. A Total Life team member accompanies the clinician on the first site day. The Longevity Program is designed for older adults and combines comprehensive geriatric assessment with chronic disease management, cognitive health, medication review, and weight management. It is organized around sleep, nutrition, movement, mental health, and social connection, and works alongside—not in place of—a patient’s existing primary care. This is an in-person contract role serving senior living communities in the Tampa Bay–Lakeland area. Site days take place on weekdays. The presentation is the fixed part of each day, while the number of one-on-one visits depends on resident sign-ups. Expect approximately 4 to 8 hours per site day, a few times per month initially, with hours increasing as bookings grow. Hours are confirmed in advance.

  • Experience with Medicare documentation and E/M coding.

  • Ability to complete each community’s onboarding requirements, which may include a background check, TB screening, and immunizations.
