•$90 - $143•Hybrid

About The Position

Octave is hiring licensed clinicians to provide high-quality behavioral health care in a collaborative, client-centered environment. Clinicians treat adult clients experiencing stress, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns through short-term, evidence-based therapy. The role includes building a caseload that offers clients the option of virtual or in-person sessions and delivering culturally responsive care informed by evidence-based approaches. Clinicians must conduct in-person sessions from a commercial office setting; Octave does not currently provide office space. Virtual clients may be seen from a home office. All clinical sessions must be conducted while the clinician is physically located in the United States. The role calls for clinicians who value access to quality mental health care, build strong therapeutic alliances, use feedback-informed care and standardized measures, and welcome thoughtful feedback and learning from colleagues and clients. Octave’s values emphasize empathy, collaboration, accountability, quality, ongoing improvement, and attention to the people represented by data. The position requires a Virginia license at the master’s or doctoral level and a master’s degree or higher in a relevant field. The expected hourly compensation is $93–$143 for in-person sessions and $90–$140 for virtual sessions, for both master’s- and doctoral-level licenses. Starting pay depends on job-related factors and may change.
