About The Position

Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for full-time opportunities in St. Louis, Missouri, and surrounding areas. The role involves delivering high-quality care in modern urgent care centers. Centers are equipped with imaging, labs, and an advanced electronic medical record integrated with Mercy (Epic), and supported by collaborative staff, including radiology technicians and trained medical assistants. The position offers competitive salary and hourly rates, a daily volume bonus based on patient visits per shift, and a quarterly bonus of up to 5% of clinical base salary based on customer satisfaction and quality measures. Requirements

• At least 18 months of full-time experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting.
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations.
• Comfort with minor procedures, including sutures, casts, and splints.
• Ability to provide preliminary reads of EKGs and X-rays.
• For Physician Assistants: a master’s degree and NCCPA certification.
• For Nurse Practitioners: a master’s degree and appropriate AANC or AANP certification.

Responsibilities
