Requirements

• Board certified in Vascular Surgery.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in cardiothoracic and vascular surgery.
• Active Ohio medical license.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Active DEA registration.
• Clean background with no malpractice or license issues.
• Valid Ohio medical license (no compact licenses accepted).

Responsibilities

• Provide post-operative care for patients undergoing cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries.
• Conduct emergency surgeries and manage consults from the ED, Cath Lab, and various hospital providers.
• Assist in surgeries and participate in vein harvesting.
• Coordinate patient care and perform rounding activities.
• Interpret and order diagnostic tests.
• Write prescriptions and ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in in-house call shifts, providing essential support during off-hours.
