Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
About The Position
OnSpot Dermatology is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join their growing Orlando team. This unique opportunity is designed for providers who prefer a later workday (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM) while enjoying a consistent schedule and a collaborative practice environment. The Orlando practice offers a diverse patient population with an excellent mix of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. The provider will work alongside an experienced clinical team with dedicated medical assistant support and state-of-the-art technology. The provider will independently evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide variety of dermatologic conditions while delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is comfortable practicing medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Current Florida Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- National certification
- Minimum of one (1) year of dermatology experience as a practicing provider
- Experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology required
- Comfortable performing skin cancer screenings, biopsies, cryotherapy, Electrodessication & Curettage (ED&C), and simple excisions and repairs
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Excellent documentation and EMR proficiency
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with supervising physicians and support staff

- Cosmetic procedures, including Botox and fillers, preferred
Responsibilities
- Independently evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide variety of dermatologic conditions.
- Deliver exceptional patient care.
- Practice medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.
