About The Position

One Medical is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a hybrid, full-time role based in its Clay St office. The position involves managing a patient panel with a broad range of needs, providing acute, chronic, and preventive care, and seeing patients in the office or testing centers as well as occasionally via telehealth. The typical 40-hour week includes 24 hours of in-office patient care, 8 hours of remote virtual patient care, and 8 hours for remote non-patient-facing work. The schedule may change based on business direction. The clinician will use their clinical training, with opportunities to perform in-office procedures, and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning activities. The role includes collaborating with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams. The clinician must be willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing to provide One Medical virtual primary care in other states. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available. One Medical describes its care model as affordable, accessible, and patient-centered, combining in-office and 24/7 virtual care, on-site labs, and preventive care, chronic care management, common illness, and mental health programs.
