About The Position

One Medical is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time role based in Redwood City, California. The clinician will manage a patient panel with varied needs, providing acute, chronic, and preventive care through in-office visits, visits in testing centers, and occasional telehealth appointments. The role includes opportunities to use clinical training in office-based procedures, ongoing learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities, and collaboration with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams. The clinician must be willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing to provide One Medical virtual primary care in other states. The base salary is $164,700 to $196,900 per year on a full-time schedule. A sign-on bonus and relocation support may be available. Starting pay may vary according to practice experience and patient care schedule, and additional pay may be determined for candidates exceeding the specified qualifications and requirements. Requirements

Complete an accredited NP or PA program and hold national certification.
Within the past five years, have practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least two years in an outpatient primary care setting; alternatively, have at least one year in outpatient primary care plus either a one-year primary care fellowship or at least one year in urgent care.
Hold a California state license by the One Medical start date.

Demonstrate clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.

Responsibilities

Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, and conduct occasional telehealth visits.

Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
