About The Position

One Medical is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for its Burlingame, California location. The clinician will manage a patient panel with a broad range of needs, providing acute, chronic, and wellness visits in-office or in testing centers, along with occasional telehealth visits. The role includes in-office procedures, ongoing learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities, and collaboration with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams. The clinician must be willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing to support One Medical virtual primary care in additional states. The position offers a base salary of $164,700 to $196,900 per year based on a full-time schedule. Starting pay may vary according to practice experience and patient care schedule, and additional pay may be available for candidates who exceed the stated qualifications. Relocation assistance may be available. Requirements

Complete an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and hold a national certification.
Within the past five years, have practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least two years in an outpatient primary care setting; alternatively, have at least one year in outpatient primary care coupled with either a one-year primary care fellowship or at least one year in urgent care.
Hold a California state license by the One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
Treat patients in-office or in testing centers and conduct occasional telehealth visits.
Participate in ongoing learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
Use clinical training and perform in-office procedures.
Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states, as needed.
