About The Position

One Medical is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a hybrid, full-time role at its Cow Hollow office in San Francisco, California. The typical 40-hour weekly schedule includes 24 hours of in-office patient care, 8 hours of remote virtual patient care, and 8 hours for a remote, non-patient-facing day. Remote care days and work schedules may change based on utilization and business needs. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available. The clinician will manage a patient panel with a broad range of needs, providing acute, chronic, and well visits in the office, at testing centers, and occasionally through telehealth. The role involves collaboration with in-office and virtual clinical teams, ongoing learning, and using clinical training to provide care and perform in-office procedures. The clinician must be willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in other states. One Medical is a primary care organization offering in-office and 24/7 virtual care, on-site labs, and preventive care, chronic care management, common illness, and mental health services. Requirements

Complete an accredited FNP or PA program and hold national certification.
Within the past five years, have practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least two years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+); or have at least one year in such a setting plus either a one-year primary care fellowship or at least one year in an urgent care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+).
Be licensed in California by the One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
Treat patients in the office or at testing centers and conduct occasional telehealth visits.
Participate in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
Use specific clinical training and perform in-office procedures as appropriate.
Be willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
