About The Position

One Medical is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a hybrid, full-time role based in its Sutter Office. A typical 40-hour week includes 24 hours of in-office patient care, 8 hours of remote virtual patient care, and 8 hours of remote non-patient-facing work. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available. The clinician will manage a patient panel with a broad range of needs, providing acute, chronic, and well visits in the office or testing centers and occasional telehealth visits. The role includes ongoing learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities, collaboration with office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams, and opportunities to use clinical training in performing in-office procedures. The clinician must be willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in other states. One Medical describes its primary care model as focused on making quality care more affordable, accessible, and enjoyable. Its services include in-office and 24/7 virtual care, on-site labs, and programs for preventive care, chronic care management, common illnesses, and mental health concerns. One Medical joined Amazon in February 2023 and says it is working to improve health outcomes while cultivating a diverse, driven, and empathetic team environment. The base salary range is $164,700 to $196,875 for a full-time schedule. Starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule; additional pay may be determined for candidates who exceed the stated qualifications and requirements. Benefits eligibility applies to regular team members working 24 or more hours per week and their dependents, beginning on the team member’s hire date. The job schedule may change based on business direction.
