About The Position

The Nurse Manager II utilizes the nursing process to assess patient needs, identify plans of care, and implement and evaluate care. The role coordinates and directs care provided by other team members and addresses system issues to support efficient, high-quality care. The incumbent oversees operational, regulatory, and business processes across the department and leads change, innovation, and self-development to achieve excellence in operations, patient safety, and quality.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
At least one year of management experience.
Active RN license in the state of Missouri.
Excellent communication, leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of human relations, customer service, and inventory management.
Ability to work with multiple people while meeting numerous requests and deadlines.
Goal-oriented, with initiative and potential for self-development.
Organizational and priority-setting skills.

Responsibilities
