About The Position

Cardiology Partners is seeking a full-time Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join its physician-led cardiovascular practice. The physician may reside in Wellington and will primarily serve patients at the Belle Glade and Lake Worth clinics and affiliated hospitals. The position combines outpatient clinic work with inpatient consultations and offers clinical autonomy and flexibility.

Clinical services include echocardiography (TTE/TEE), nuclear cardiology, cardiac SPECT, stress testing, venous and arterial Doppler studies, preventive cardiology, medication management, and inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular consultations. Diagnostic cardiac catheterization opportunities are optional, depending on the physician’s interest and experience. Additional opportunities for clinical research and program growth are available.

The physician will collaborate with advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and administrative staff across clinic and hospital settings. Shared call responsibilities and a Monday–Friday schedule are described as supporting physician support and work-life balance. Compensation includes a strong base salary structure for years 1–3, production and sign-on incentives, a comprehensive benefits package, and partnership/equity opportunities.

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Cardiovascular Medicine.
• Completion of accredited Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease training programs.
• MD or DO.
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care, teamwork, and quality improvement.
• Open to experienced physicians and current fellows.
• Eligible for H-1B and J1 physician waiver sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Nuclear and Echocardiography certification preferred.
• Bilingual candidates strongly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient clinic care at the Belle Glade and Lake Worth clinics and inpatient consultative services at affiliated hospitals.
• Perform or provide clinical services in echocardiography (TTE/TEE), nuclear cardiology, cardiac SPECT, stress testing, and venous and arterial Doppler studies.
• Provide preventive cardiology and medication management.
• Conduct inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular consultations.
• Collaborate with APPs, medical assistants, and administrative staff across clinic and hospital settings.
• Participate in shared call responsibilities.
• Optionally provide diagnostic cardiac catheterization based on interest and experience.
• Participate in available clinical research and program growth opportunities.
