About The Position

Ferguson is hiring a Non-CDL Driver to deliver materials to customers and support warehouse operations. The role includes helping load and unload deliveries, verifying customer returns, completing vehicle inspections, and following company and DOT safety requirements. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with overtime as needed. The position offers daily home time and no nights or weekends. Pay is listed at $15.61–$23.41 per hour, and the role is eligible for a bonus or incentive plan, including a Safe Driver incentive and potential hourly bonuses.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must follow all DOT standards and regulations.
Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card to meet driver requirements.
Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.
Must complete pre-employment drug and background screening.

Background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, and delivery.

Responsibilities

Deliver materials to customers, assisting with loading and unloading and ensuring the delivery ticket accompanies the material.
Pick up customer returns and validate that products match credit requests.
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report problems or issues to a supervisor.
Follow and implement company safety policies and procedures.
Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, and with receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material.
Work overtime as needed.
Follow safety regulations, including correct use of personal protective equipment; wear a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
