Non-CDL Driver + Safe Driver Incentive
About The Position
Ferguson is hiring a Non-CDL Driver to deliver materials to customers, pick up customer returns, and assist with warehouse operations as needed. The role follows a Monday-through-Friday schedule from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with overtime as needed. The driver is expected to follow DOT standards and company safety procedures, perform truck inspections, and maintain the required DOT medical card. The posting describes daily home time and no nights or weekends. The position offers hourly pay of $15.30–$22.24 and is eligible for a bonus or incentive plan, including a Safe Driver incentive and hourly bonus potential. Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
- Currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card to meet driver requirements.
- Be able to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Communicate effectively and take a customer-focused approach.
- Be able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.
- Complete pre-employment drug and background screening.

- Background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Deliver materials to customers, assist with loading and unloading, and ensure the delivery ticket accompanies the material.
- Pick up customer returns and validate product matches for credit requests.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report problems or issues to a supervisor.
- Follow and implement company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed.
- Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material.
- Work overtime as needed.
- Adhere to safety regulations and correctly use personal protective equipment, including a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
