About The Position

abra is seeking a NOC Operator. We are looking for a motivated team player to join our technical support and infrastructure team, providing real-time monitoring and support in an advanced, 24/7 technological environment. This role is ideal for students. The role includes monitoring and controlling diverse server environments, systems, and infrastructures, providing real-time technical support to internal and international clients (Israel & abroad), troubleshooting complex technical issues, and working closely with System Admins. The position involves working in a 24/7 shift rotation, including nights and weekends, and is located in the Holon area.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Technical Support or Help Desk
• 1st or 2nd-year student in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• High-level English and Hebrew (verbal and written)
• Ability to commit to a 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Windows Server/Linux or Infrastructure setup
