POSITION SUMMARY This is an ideal opportunity for a recent technical school graduate looking to get their start at a fast‑growing technology company. A NOC Imaging Technician is to provision and stage endpoint and network hardware, maintain documentation and inventory, and manage shipping and receiving. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based at our headquarters location in Melville, NY. The salary for this position is $50,000.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of basic subnetting
  • Knowledge of OSI Model
  • Positive, motivated learner with strong communication skills and keen attention to detail
  • Customer-service mindset focused on reliability and user experience
  • A desire to improve skillset by earning industry certifications (We pay for them!)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a methodical, documentation-first approach
  • Comfortable following standard operating procedures for imaging, deployments, and supporting workflow with suggestions for improvement
  • Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability in resolving issues
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize issues based on severity and SLA impact
  • Likes to have fun and laugh with a great team

Responsibilities

  • Provision and configure endpoint devices (PCs, tablets, thin clients) following imaging standards and policies.
  • Stage and baseline servers/firewalls/switches and other network equipment
  • Maintain accurate documentation for device configurations, assets, and deployment procedures.
  • Manage inventory, including receiving, logging, labeling, tracking, and organizing hardware.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving to ensure equipment is packaged and delivered efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities to improve imaging and deployment workflows and enhance documentation.
