About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care’s York Skilled Nursing Office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for home care to join its Skilled Nursing team. The position provides one-to-one private-duty care in a client’s home, serving clients of all ages and with a range of diagnoses and acuity levels. Nurses travel to one nearby client home on a schedule they choose. Paid orientation includes virtual and hands-on training, and the company offers additional paid training to help nurses feel comfortable and competent on their first shift.

Available schedules include morning, overnight, and weekend shifts in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. PRN or part-time hours are available, with no weekend or minimum-hour requirements. A $1,200 sign-on bonus is available with a commitment of two night shifts per week. A holiday PTO incentive is also mentioned.

Requirements

• Hold a current, valid nursing license in the United States.
• Have licensure in good standing with the Pennsylvania Board of Nursing.
• Graduate from a qualified nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home near the nurse on a chosen schedule.
• Follow, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
