About The Position

BAYADA’s Upstate Skilled Office is seeking a Registered Nurse with a passion for home care to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. The role provides compassionate, high-quality, reliable one-to-one care to a client in the client’s home. Nurses are matched with one nearby client and can choose a schedule. BAYADA provides onboarding and paid orientation, including virtual and hands-on training, with access to office support and ongoing nurse appreciation events.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client’s home near you according to an agreed schedule.
Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
