Night Nurse Registered Nurse RN
About The Position
Rock Creek of Ottawa is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a night schedule of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. The RN monitors and assesses patients, communicates observations to physicians, collaborates with physicians and nurses on individualized care plans, performs routine procedures, maintains patient charts, and administers medications and treatments as ordered by physicians. The facility emphasizes excellent clinical care, teamwork, compassion, and an inclusive workplace. - An active RN license is required.

Responsibilities
- Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs to provide appropriate care and advice.
- Observe and interpret patients’ symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to develop individualized patient care plans.
- Perform routine procedures, such as measuring blood pressure and administering injections, and complete patients’ charts.
- Adjust and administer patients’ medications and provide treatments according to physicians’ orders.
