About The Position
Rock Creek of Ottawa is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care in a skilled nursing facility. The role involves monitoring residents’ conditions, assessing their needs, communicating symptoms to physicians, collaborating on individualized care plans, performing routine nursing procedures, maintaining patient charts, and administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians. The listed schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. The stated pay range is $35–$44. Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome. Responsibilities
- Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs to provide care and advice.
- Observe and interpret patients’ symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to develop individualized care plans.
- Perform routine procedures, such as measuring blood pressure and administering injections.
- Complete patients’ charts.
- Adjust and administer patients’ medications and provide treatments according to physicians’ orders.
