About The Position

BAYADA’s Upstate Skilled Office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for home care to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. The role provides compassionate, reliable, high-quality one-to-one care to clients in their homes. Nurses travel to one nearby client home on a schedule they choose to be matched with. BAYADA provides paid orientation that includes virtual and hands-on training, onboarding support, and ongoing training opportunities.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose to be matched with.
Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
