About The Position

Autumn Lane Health & Rehab is hiring an LPN Charge Nurse to provide high-quality, compassionate, person-centered clinical care and support residents’ well-being. The nurse works closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team, and supervises and supports CNAs in delivering quality care. The position is presented as part of a non-profit, mission-driven organization that emphasizes supportive leadership, teamwork, and career growth. Pay is $28.49 to $31.40, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, management add-on pay, and weekly pay.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia or eligibility for one.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and commitment to excellence.

Nice To Haves

• Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
