LPN Charge Nurse - Night Shift
About The Position
Autumn Lane Health & Rehab is seeking an LPN Charge Nurse to deliver high-quality, compassionate, person-centered clinical care and support residents’ well-being. The nurse works closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team, while supervising and supporting CNAs and communicating with residents, families, and team members. The role is presented as a night-shift position. Pay is $28.49 to $31.40, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends and management add-on pay. Pay is weekly. Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia, or eligibility for one.
- Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliability and commitment to excellence.
Nice To Haves
- Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
- Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
