About The Position

Comer Health & Rehab is hiring a part-time, night-shift LPN Charge Nurse. The role delivers high-quality, compassionate, person-centered clinical care and supports residents’ well-being. Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Georgia or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
