About The Position

Waycross Health & Rehab is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse to provide night-shift nursing care. The LPN Charge Nurse delivers compassionate, person-centered clinical care, supports residents’ well-being, and works with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team. The role includes supervising and supporting CNAs, communicating with residents and families, and following care plans and clinical and regulatory requirements. Starting pay is $28.49 to $31.40 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends and management add-on pay. Pay is weekly.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Georgia, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.

• Reliability and commitment to excellence.

Nice To Haves

• Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
