About The Position

Ansley Park Health & Rehab is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse for a night shift. The role provides high-quality, compassionate, person-centered clinical care and supports residents’ well-being. The nurse works closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team, supervises and supports CNAs, and communicates with residents, families, and team members. The position is with a non-profit, mission-driven organization that describes its culture as supportive, collaborative, and focused on career growth.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia, or eligibility for one.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and commitment to excellence.

Nice To Haves

• Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
