About The Position

Join Comer Health & Rehab, a non-profit, mission-driven organization focused on providing high-quality care in its communities. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse delivers compassionate, person-centered clinical care and supports residents’ well-being while working closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team. The role includes supervising and supporting CNAs and ensuring care is delivered in accordance with care plans, clinical policies, and regulatory standards.

This is a part-time night position. Starting pay is $28.49 to $31.40 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, a management add-on, and weekly pay. Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Georgia, or eligibility to obtain one.

• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.

Nice To Haves

• Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
